This notice explains how Zawaj Match handles information submitted through its intake forms, directory, member accounts, photo tools, and messaging features.

Information we collect

We may collect application answers, contact information, profile preferences, photos, privacy selections, account identifiers, interests, consent records, messages, reports, and technical records needed for security and operation.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure accounts, create profiles according to selected visibility, facilitate interests and mutual-match conversations, provide AI-assisted or human matchmaking, respond to support and safety reports, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Visibility and sharing

Public or anonymous profile information is displayed only according to the applicant’s approved visibility selection. Private photos remain restricted unless the member approves access for a specific mutual match. Zawaj Match does not automatically share member phone numbers or email addresses. We may use service providers that process data for hosting, authentication, storage, forms, email delivery, security, and analytics under appropriate restrictions.

Messages and moderation

Messages are visible to conversation participants and may be accessed by authorized administrators when reasonably necessary to investigate reports, enforce rules, protect safety, maintain the service, or comply with law. Do not send information you are not prepared for the recipient to know.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for operations, safety, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request correction, a privacy change, account closure, or deletion of eligible information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of other users. You may withdraw future photo access and stop using the service at any time.

Children and changes

The service is for adults age 18 and older. We may update this notice as the service evolves and will identify the current revision date.
